Camelot Receives New Trading Symbol CMGRD
 
Camelot Implements 20,000 to 1 Reverse; Stockholders to Receive Preferred Stock
 

 
IRVINE, CA, May 9, 2011 — Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC BB: CMGR) (“Camelot”) announced today that effective May 9, 2011, Camelot has a new trading symbol “CMGRD”.  Camelot has implemented a 20,000:1 reverse stock split of its common stock, effective May 9, 2011.

In addition, all stockholders of record as of May 6, 2011 shall be eligible to receive shares of Camelot’s Class D Convertible Preferred Stock as a cashless dividend. Stockholders are expected to receive 40 shares of the preferred stock for each one million shares of common stock owned as of the close of trading on May 6, 2011.  Further information can be found in Camelot’s 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission at www.sec.gov.
