On May 5, 2011, Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (“Host Inc.”) issued a press release announcing that Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P., for whom Host Inc. acts as general partner, was launching an offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of new senior notes due 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
