On May 5, 2011, Donegal Financial Services Corporation, or DFSC, and Union National Financial
Corporation, or UNNF, issued a joint press release announcing the receipt of all regulatory
approvals required to complete their pending merger. DFSC and UNNF expect to complete their merger
on May 6, 2011.
We incorporate by reference the joint press release dated May 5, 2011 into this Form 8-K
Report.
