On May 2, 2011, Ancestry.com Inc. (the “Company”) received notification from David Rinn, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, that he has elected to resign from the Company. Mr. Rinn did not give a specific date of effectiveness for his resignation, but it is anticipated that he will leave the Company towards the end of May.
