The Company is actively working with its financial advisor to investigate refinancing the senior secured credit agreement entered into by the Company, Rentech Energy Midwest Corporation, Credit Suisse and the lenders party thereto on January 29, 2010, as amended (the “Credit Agreement”), in order to take advantage of potentially more attractive terms available in the marketplace today. There can be no assurance that the Company will refinance the Credit Agreement or what the terms and conditions of any refinancing will be.
