RAMCO-GERSHENSON CLOSES OFFERING OF
CONVERTIBLE PERPETUAL PREFERRED SHARES
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., April 29, 2011 — Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) announced today it has successfully completed its offering of 7.25% cumulative convertible perpetual preferred shares of beneficial interest with the closing of an additional $20 million (400,000 shares). The preferred shares have a liquidation value of $50.00 per share. The joint book-running managers for the offering were Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. acted as lead manager of the offering, and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Comerica Securities, Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC and RBS Securities Inc. acted as co-managers.
Ramco-Gershenson intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
