On April 25, 2011, Scott C. Boyle, Pinellas County Regional President of First Community Bank of America submitted his resignation effective May 6, 2011. On April 26, 2011, Clifton E. Tufts, Executive Vice President of First Community Bank of America and First Community Lender Services, Inc. submitted his resignation effective May 9, 2011. First Community Bank and First Community Lender Services are subsidiaries of First Community Bank Corporation of America.
