Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On April 28, 2011, Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. announced its financial results for the quarter ended April 1, 2011. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished under Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
