On April 28, 2011, EarthLink, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2011 and providing guidance for the year ending December 31, 2011.  A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
