Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective Jan. 18, 2011, the Company completed a reverse merger with BCM Energy Partners Inc. As a result, the Company will change its name from “Aeon Holdings Inc.” to “BCM Energy Partners Inc” (Symbol: BCME). The name change, which was confirmed by FINRA, became effective April 13, 2011.
