On April 26, 2011, W&T Offshore, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting on financial and operational results for the first quarter 2011 and provided guidance for the second quarter and full year 2011. A copy of the press release, dated April 26, 2011, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
