Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 21, 2011, Repligen Corporation announced its preliminary financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Also on April 21, 2011, Repligen Corporation hosted a conference call to discuss, among other matters, its preliminary fiscal year 2011 financial results and financial guidance and development goals for fiscal year 2012. A transcript of this conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
