On April 26, 2011, Lennox International Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release
announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release
is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02
disclosure.
