ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

 

On April 26, 2011, Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (“Hertz Holdings”), the indirect parent company of The Hertz Corporation (“Hertz”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2011.  As described in the press release, Hertz Holdings will host a conference call for investors to discuss its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2011 on April 27, 2011.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and incorporated by reference herein.  Hertz Holdings utilized certain non-GAAP financial measures in the press release that are detailed in the document attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and incorporated by reference herein.
