Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 20, 2011, China Energy Corporation, a Nevada corporation, issued a press release containing certain financial results for its first fiscal quarter of 2011. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
