On April 15, 2011, the Company issued a press release regarding the receipt of a notice of intended exercise of 8,834 Call Options representing the right to call $8,834,000 aggregate principal amount of the 5.65% Debentures of Cummins Engine Company held by the Trust on May 17, 2011, a copy of which press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
