On April 12, 2011, Donald B. Bibeault informed BSQUARE Corporation (the “Company”) that he will not stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the Company’s 2011 annual meeting of shareholders, which is scheduled to be held on June 8, 2011. The Company is disclosing this information in accordance with Item 5.02(b) of Form 8-K.
