Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 14, 2011, API Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing third quarter and nine months financial results for the period ending February 28, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein.
