DOLLAR FINANCIAL CORP. ANNOUNCES PRICING OF COMMON STOCK
BERWYN, Pennsylvania., April 7, 2011 — Dollar Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:DLLR) (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $20.75 per share. The Company expects to receive gross proceeds of approximately $124,500,000. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on April 13, 2011, subject to customary closing conditions.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Nomura Securities International, Inc. are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
The shares described above are being offered pursuant to the Company’s existing shelf registration statement previously filed with and subsequently declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
