On March 29, 2011, OmniAmerican Bank (the “Bank”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of OmniAmerican Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into change in control agreements with T. L. Arnold, Jr., its Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.
