Today Temple-Inland Inc. announced that Dennis J. Vesci will retire as Group Vice President-Corrugated Packaging effective June 1, 2011, after 36 years of service to the company. In connection with Mr. Vesci’s retirement, we entered into a Retirement Agreement with Mr. Vesci that contains typical noncompetition, nonsolicitation, confidentiality, and release of claims provisions.
