Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
The Board of Directors of the Company on April 7, 2011 accepted with regret the voluntary resignation of Christian Williamson as Chairman and Director. Mr. Williamson resigned to pursue other pressing business obligations. The Board did not immediately appoint a replacement Director or Chairman.
"We are sorry to lose the leadership, wise counsel and guidance of Mr. Williamson" said Mr. Lifton. "We wish him well and express our deep appreciation for his efforts."
