ITG RELEASES MARCH 2011 US TRADING VOLUMES
NEW YORK, April 8, 2011 — Investment Technology Group, Inc. (NYSE: ITG), a leading agency research broker and financial technology firm, today announced that March 2011 US trading volume was 4.1 billion shares and average daily volume (ADV) was 178 million shares. This compares to 3.6 billion shares and ADV of 187 million shares in February 2011 and 3.7 billion shares and ADV of 162 million shares in March 2010.
There were 23 trading days in both March 2011 and March 2010, and 19 trading days in February 2011.
