ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
Sunshine Financial, Inc., the proposed holding company for Sunshine Savings Bank, today announced that it has completed its subscription and community offering. A total of 1,234,454 shares of common stock will be sold in the subscription and community offerings at a price of $10.00 per share. All persons who subscribed will receive their full order.
The forgoing description is qualified in its entirety by reference to the press release, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
