Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On March 25, 2011, Nu Skin International, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into agreements effective as of March 10, 2011 with Bolin Cywinski Jackson and Okland Construction Company, Inc. for the design and construction of an Innovation Center and other developments at the Company’s corporate headquarters. Total project costs including previously acquired land, architects fees, builder’s fees and all other costs are presently estimated at $85 million. Construction is expected to be substantially complete by the end of 2013.
