Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 25, 2011, the Company issued a press release containing information about clarification to the press release issued on March 17, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
On March 28, 2011, the Company issued a press release containing financial guidance for the 2011 fiscal year, which is incorporated into this report as Exhibit 99.2. The guidance contained in the attached exhibits consists of either a projected range or management’s estimate of most likely results. These projections involve risk and uncertainties, the outcome of which cannot be foreseen at this time and, therefore, actual results will vary from these forecasts.
