On March 29, 2011, New Energy Systems Group (the “Company”) held a conference call to discuss the Company’s results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the conference call transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
