Robert M. Powell will retire from his position as Chairman of the Board and as a member of the Board of Directors effective May 4, 2011, the day of the Annual Meeting of Stockholders. |
Garry R. Lewis will retire from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective April 30, 2011.
A copy of the press release announcing these retirements is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
