Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 29, 2011, Oplink Communications, Inc. issued a letter to its customers with an update regarding the earthquake and tsunami in Japan and its potential effect on Oplink’s supply chain. A copy of the message is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
