Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 30, 2011, Forest City Enterprises, Inc. issued its Supplemental Package that provides
certain supplemental operating and financial information for the three months and year ended
January 31, 2011 and 2010. A copy of this Supplemental Package is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
