Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 30, 2011, Auxilio, Inc. issued a press release to report its 2010 financial results. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
As Auxilio, Inc. previously publicly announced, Auxilio, Inc. will hold an investor conference call at 8:00 a.m. PDT / 11:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 to discuss these results.
