On March 23, 2011, Christopher L. Ellis notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not stand for re-election to the Board when his term expires at the Company’s 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, scheduled for May 26, 2011.
