On March 24, 2011, The Wet Seal, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release describing the financial results of the Company for the fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year ended January 29, 2011. Additionally, the Company provided guidance for its fiscal 2011 first quarter. A copy of the Company’s press release and Company Statement on Disclosure of Non-GAAP Financial Measures are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
