ITEM 5.02.		Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

     On March 21, 2011, Mary Ann Sigler was elected a director of Commercial Barge Line Company (“CBLC”). Ms. Sigler is the Chief Financial Officer of Platinum Equity, LLC. Affiliates of Platinum Equity hold a controlling interest in Finn Holding Corporation, the indirect parent corporation of CBLC. Ms. Sigler joined Platinum Equity in 2004, where she is currently responsible for overall accounting, tax, and financial reporting as well as managing strategic planning projects for the firm. Prior to joining Platinum Equity, Ms. Sigler was Senior Partner at Ernst & Young LLP, where she began her career in 1980. Ms. Sigler will serve as the sole member of CBLC’s audit committee.
