Item 5.02: Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.
Webtradex International Corp. (“The Company”) announces that Dr. Sean Williams has resigned as chief executive officer of the Company effective immediately to pursue other interests.
Kam Shah, the Chairman and CFO, will take over as CEO of the Company for now.
