On March 21, 2011, Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its results of operations and financial condition for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. The Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
