On March 17, 2011, CarMax Auto Owner Trust 2011-1 (the “Trust”) publicly issued $128,000,000 0.33394% Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes, $147,000,000 0.72% Class A-2 Asset Backed Notes, $225,000,000 1.29% Class A-3 Asset Backed Notes, $110,050,000 2.16% Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes, $15,900,000 2.63% Class B Asset Backed Notes, $15,900,000 2.83% Class C Asset Backed Notes and $8,150,000 3.62% Class D Asset Backed Notes pursuant to a registration statement (333-149075) declared effective on February 28, 2008. In connection with such issuance, final copies of the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, the Indenture, the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Administration Agreement and the Receivables Purchase Agreement are attached as exhibits hereto.
