Item 8.01. Other Events
On March 16, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Registrant declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.08 per share payable on April 27, 2011 to stockholders of record as of April 15, 2011. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is included with this Form 8-K as an exhibit and is incorporated into this item by reference.
