OTHER EVENTS
|
Southwall Technologies Inc. today announced that in order to allow the OTC sufficient time to effectuate the Company’s one-for-five reverse stock split, post reverse split trading will take effect at the open of business, March 17, 2011.
The new symbol on this date will be SWTXD. A “D” will be appended as the 5th character for 20 business days including the effective date.
