On March 16, 2011, Dover Saddlery, Inc. announced preliminary retail store revenue results for the forth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010, as summarized in a press release dated March 16, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached and is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
