Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 9, 2011, The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting
its earnings results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 29, 2011. A copy of the
press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated
herein by reference.
