On March 8, 2011 the Company announced that Greg Maffei, President and CEO of Liberty Media, will be presenting at the 2011 Lazard Capital Markets Annual Technology and Media Conference on Tuesday, March 15th at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time at The Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, MA. During his presentation, Mr. Maffei may make observations regarding the company’s financial performance and outlook and may discuss the previously announced split-off of the Liberty Capital and Liberty Starz tracking stock groups.
