Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) reported that Director John M. Erb has
informed the Company of his intention to resign as a director of the Company and Bank of Birmingham
effective at the expiration of his three-year term at the Company’s 2011 annual meeting in order to
devote more time to his business.
