(b) On March 2, 2011, Gerald Brock submitted to WindTamer Corporation (the "Company") his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Brock’s resignation was accepted by the Board on March 2, 2011. In connection with the acceptance of this resignation, the Board decreased its number of members from 7 to 6.
