On March 4, 2011, dELiA*s, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company intends to release fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2010 results before the market opens on March 17, 2011 and will host a conference call on March 17, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time. In addition, the Company announced that its fiscal 2010 year-end cash, inventory and capital expenditure amounts would be in line with previous guidance. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
