On March 3, 2011, Gregory DuPratt, Chairman of the Board, announced the appointment of Richard M. Martinez to First Northern Community Bancorp’s and First Northern Bank’s Board of Directors. Mr. Martinez’s appointment to the Board will increase the number of Directors to eleven for both Boards.
