On March 1, 2011, Extreme Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Bob Corey has resigned, effective as of March 9, 2011, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and as an employee of the Company. The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing Mr. Corey’s resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
