Effective February 28, 2011, Robbie Manis resigned as a director of our company. There were no disagreements between Mr. Manis and our company or our company’s board of directors on any matter relating to our company’s operations, policies or practices.
Juan Miguel Ríos Gutiérrez is our sole officer and director.
