Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Goodrich Petroleum Corporation is disclosing that it has completed the Burns Ranch A 9H (79% WI) well in LaSalle County, Texas. The well, which was completed with 19 frac stages over a 5,240 foot lateral, was tested and produced at an initial 24-hour production rate of approximately 850 barrels of oil equivalent per day, comprised of 810 barrels of oil and 244 Mcf of gas, on a 20/64 inch choke with 1,422 psi.

Initial production rates are subject to significant decline over time and should not be regarded as reflective of sustained production levels.
