On February 20, 2011, Bennett Gallina, Senior Vice President, Western Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific and China of Avon Products, Inc. (the “Company”), was placed on administrative leave in connection with the Company’s previously disclosed internal investigation relating to the Company’s China operations, and subsequently retired on February 22, 2011 after more than 30 years with the Company. Any bonuses payable are subject to being retained by the Company pending future determinations in connection with the internal investigation.
